Wellington's City Oh Sigh have released their debut album, Fragments Fine, this week via local label Home Alone Music. Now a foursome, the group recorded the album with James Goldsmith (So So Modern, Grayson Gilmour, Sunken Seas) in Wellington and it follows up their great 2011 EP, Like a Light.
