Live Photos: Arctic Monkeys - Vector Arena, Auckland

After announcing they were coming to New Zealand for two shows almost six months ago, indie outfit Arctic Monkeys finally hit these shores to kick off their tour of the Southern Hemisphere. The Friday show at Auckland's Vector Arena saw Perth rockers Pond warm up the heaving crowd before the slick-haired Alex Turner and his English cohorts took to the stage to play songs from their back catalogue as well as a huge chunk of material from last year's well-received offering AM.
