Video: Invisible Threads - Ghosts Out Walking (UTR Premiere)

Auckland act Invisible Threads are premiering the third single from their upcoming album. Titled 'Ghosts Out Walking', the track encapsulates the noise aesthetic that we have come to expect from the two-piece following earlier singles 'Ladder In The Clouds' and 'Clutching At Straws', both of which were released with homemade no-fi videos. For 'Ghosts Out Walking' the pair have followed in that trend with a clip shot and edited by Steve Hogg from Dying Of The Light. The video was shot over an afternoon and shows bandmates Samuel Moore (Badd Energy) and Melissa West (The Coolies) playing under a projected mash-up of TV advertising and amateur horror flicks. Invisible Threads are playing at Bloodfeast 3 on July 24th, where they will be joined on bass by Dynamite DT (Evil Ocean, Smoking Daggers). Also playing on the night will be The Admiral, Mean Girls, Roy Irwin, and The Cavemen. Head over here for details.
