Listen: Skymning - Pop Bottles (UTR Premiere)

Wellington-based bedroom producer Skymning is unveiling his new track 'Pop Bottles'. If the name sounds familiar that's because it borrows from the 2007 single by Birdman featuring Lil Wayne (which went on to sell more than 3,690,000 copies). However Skymning has transformed the bass-heavy track by peeling the raps back and layering them with percussive clicks, warm bells, and sweet synth lines. The producer, who is part of the Kerosene Comic Book collective, is due to release new EP Rekindle in the next few weeks, but in the meantime check out his version of 'Pop Bottles' below and you can listen to more Weezy remixes over here...
