Devendra Banhart's one-a-half minute folk tune 'Golden Girls' has been stretched into a 10-minute dance track by avant-rock group Liars. The song originally found life last year as the opening single on Banhart's eight studio album Mala, which was packed full of his usual psych-folk fare. Liars have unraveled that sound and spun the track into a slow building electronic adventure that becomes a full ziggy zaggy wig out two-thirds of the way through.
