It appears Ariel Pink has taken a page from Connan Mockasin's style book with the release of wistful new single 'Put Your Number In My Phone', which was rolled out with the sensual image above. The new track arrives with the news that the psych-pop musician will be releasing a brand new album, titled pom pom, on November 14th through the 4AD label. In a recent interview with Pitchfork the Los Angeles native said that despite dropping the "Haunted Graffiti" in favour of his solo moniker the forthcoming 17-track album is still very much a group effort. "Ariel Pink never really existed because he was always Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti, but then people started doing interviews with Ariel Pink as if Ariel Pink existed," he explains.
