Live Photos: Justin Townes Earle - Bodega, Wellington

Americana artist Justin Townes Earle rode into town over the weekend to play four shows around the country. The recently clean, sober and married musician wooed the crowd at Wellington's Bodega bar on Friday night, kicking off with a short solo set showcasing his signature strum-pluck style of playing, after which he was joined by a full backing band which included guitarist Paul Niehaus (Calexico, Lambchop). Earle's new album Single Mothers got a good workout and he even threw in a couple of unreleased tunes from his recently announced record Absent Fathers.
