Video: Die! Die! Die! - Angel (UTR Premiere)

Punk three-piece Die! Die! Die! are premiering a new video for 'Angel' taken from their latest album S W I M. The grainy clip was shot at an all-ages show at Mt Eden Scout Hall last October by London-based director and cinematographer Marc Swadel, whose credits include the recent Shane Meadows documentary The Stone Roses: Made of Stone and also boasts music video work with an army of bands counting Nick Cave, Sonic Youth and Dinosaur Jr among its ranks.

Swadel has been keen to work with Die! Die! Die! since shooting the Flying Nun released video 'Wasted Lands' in 2010, and his new visual offering captures the Dunedin-born trio doing what they do best, giving a high-octane performance, but it's also spliced with striking black-and-white snapshots of showgoers to create a kind of visual time capsule. The video is set to be part of a documentary that the director is making to mark the band's 10 year anniversary milestone, take a look below...
