Video: Beastie Boys - Too Many Rappers (Feat Nas)
A previously unreleased video for 'Too Many Rappers' from the legendary Beastie Boys has emerged online. The track, which features Queensbridge rapper Nas, is a highlight from Hot Sauce Committee Part Two, the eighth and final album from the trio, released in 2011 before Adam 'MCA' Yaugh died of cancer the following year (RIP). While the Roman Coppola-directed clip doesn't feature the elaborate costuming skills of its predecessors such as 'Sabotage' and 'Intergalatic', it follows the greying group (including MCA) and Nas through a variety of charming scenarios including performing on stage, shopping and dumpster diving. Check it out below...
Update: The video has been pulled from YouTube due to copyright issues. Hopefully it will re-emerge at a later date, but in the meantime you can stream the single here...
Nas is playing three sold out shows this weekend across Auckland and Wellington.
