Mesa Cosa Announce New Zealand Tour
Garage punk outfit Mesa Cosa are whipping around the North Island for a short tour kicking off next week. The group, which is based in Melbourne and fronted by Mexican-born musician Pablo Alavarado, bring high-energy trashy times to the stage as evident in their support shows for the likes of Guitar Wolf, King Khan And The BBQ Show and The Melvins. While on this side of the ditch the band will be working through tracks from their latest album YaYa Brouhaha (listen over here on Bandcamp) as well as new music that has been brewed up for a forthcoming 7-inch. Here are the details for their New Zealand shows...

PRESS RELEASE:
Led by a diminutive chilango from Mexico City, singing in both Spanish and English. Mesa Cosa mix their un-dying love of occult celebrations and dark symbols with their un-ashamed love for garage music and experimental noise.
Mesa Cosa (only) play fun, energetic shows filled with dancing, mayhem, things breaking, people falling down, glasses smashing, amps failing and tambourine sacrifices to the party gods.
They have played with legendary acts such as King Khan & BBQ Show(Montreal), Personal and the Pizzas (New Jersey) Guitar Wolf (Japan), The Melvins (US), The Cosmic Psychos, and more
