Listen: Mastodon - White Walker

Sludge metallers Mastodon have changed up the pace for new track 'White Walker', which is the  group's contribution to the upcoming Game Of Thrones mixtape. The compilation is a follow-up to last year's release Catch The Throne from HBO which was comprised of tracks from hip hop artists including Big Boi, Common and Daddy Yankee. The upcoming Catch The Throne Vol. 2 will also have a raft of rappers like Talib Kweli, Snoop Dogg and Method Man but also Atlanta's Mastodon, who have slowed from their usual hard and heavy style to make something more Westeros appropriate, with the theme centring around the nightmarish White Walkers from beyond the wall.
