Video: Weed - Thousand Pounds

Courtney Garvin, who is perhaps best known as the guitarist for The Courtneys, has turned her hand to directing to create a new video for Vancouver grungers Weed. The black 'n' white clip for 'Thousand Pounds' is a suitably lo-fi affair featuring grainy performance shots that have been etched with peace signs, love hearts and various squiggly patterns. The track comes from Weed's album Running Back which is out now through Lefse Records. Watch the video below...
