Live Photos: PCP Seagulls, Beachripper and More - Whammy, Auckland

The term 'dive bar' took on another meaning on Friday night when Auckland venue Whammy was transformed into a giant tiki hut for a mid-Winter beach party. Hawaiian shirts and hula skirts were out in full effect as local punk acts took on the seaside-themed alternative egos of PCP Seagulls (aka PCP Eagles), Beachripper (aka Shitripper), Toweldown (aka Markdown) and Hot Greasy Day (aka Hot Grease) and performed gnarly sets that included some surf classics.
