Californian hip hop artist Earl Sweatshirt was in the country late last week to give two performances across Wellington and Auckland, off the back of releasing his sophomore album I Don't Like Shit, I Don't Go Outside. After delivering his knock out New Zealand shows, the rapper continued onto Australia and ended up hitting headlines for allegedly punching a stage intruder who grabbed from behind at his Sydney show on Saturday night. Later, Earl laid it out on Twitter saying: "I'm not a tough guy!! I don't like my personal space breached just like you. just respect niggas out here man not just me respect everybody".
