Tour Information
Pyramid Club is very happy to host one of NZ's greatest ever bands, The Terminals.

For over 30 years The Terminals have been forging their own brand of dark, brooding songs and white hot psychedelic instrumental work. At the band’s heart are two of the South Island’s most enduring songwriters, vocalist Stephen Cogle, who writes most of the music, and drummer Peter Stapleton, who writes the often darkly humorous lyrics that Cogle sings in his unique cavernous voice.

“Clearly rooted in a tradition of psychotic white blues stemming from such varied sources as the Thirteenth Floor Elevators, 1960s surf punk, Pere Ubu, and the early works of John Cale”. Bruce Russell. Peter Stapleton adds Can, Captain Beefheart and free jazz to the list of musical ingredients.

Support by another of the garden city's music wonders, Motte.
