Kara Lockwood:
The soft and sweet songstress - gentle and pure yet bold with conviction.
She writes songs about love, life, travel, the creative process as well as her love of God flowing through the music as well.
Kara’s musical influences include Joni Mitchell, Jewel and the many singer-songwriters in the Vancouver music scene. Kara is a recent graduate of Vancouver community college where she studied music theory, songwriting, recording, private voice and guitar.
Tonight Kara presents her latest, hot off the press single - a precursor to a new album.

Looking like the average kiwi - sounding like a heartfelt storyteller, Rob has often being likened to the enigmatic sounds of Neil Finn and Crowded House in style. But he has his own tales and style.
His debut concept EP Search & Rescue tells the story of leaving his old life behind, moving back to NZ, making the most of his talents as a musician, and ends on how NZ has made him feel welcome.
Now Rob presents his new EP “New Day Dawning” the single “Bring on the Sunshine” drops 1 December, followed by an official launch show at the super intimate venue “The Fold”.
The next year is shaping up to be a very special one.
