First Move, Guardian Singles, Hospital Sports and Repairs - Cancelled

Te Papaioea post-punk trio FIRST MOVE take a break from studio recording to travel north for a special show at Thirsty Dog, to share their surging and emotive weaving of rhythm, noise and refrain.

On the bill are GUARDIAN SINGLES fresh of their North Island tour and small spate of festival slots, with the momentum and energy of their performance output reflecting the rollicking charge of their jangling, guitar driven ballads.

Joined by Tamaki Makaurau's HOSPITAL SPORTS, following a recent flurry of activity launching from the recent release of their album 'On Me and You', bringing their immersive melodic movements to the evenings offerings.

Completing the line up are familiar features of Auckland's post-punk landscape REPAIRS, with their dynamic and brooding investigations of building rhythmic cadence and dissonance.
