Tour Information
Hans Pucket wish to announce their ‘Confidently Test Out New Material’ tour

Thursday 14th April - San Fran, Wellington
Friday 22nd April - Whammy, Auckland
Saturday 23rd April - Leigh Sawmill, Leigh
Friday 29th April - Dive, Dunedin
Saturday 30th April - Loons, Christchurch

The shows promise all the wonders of Hans Pucket’s four-piece lineup. Callum Passells will bring his saxophone and keyboard wizardry to the group. There will be music from their upcoming album; there will be cool new merch; there will be a moment in the set where Jono plays a guitar solo and everyone claps; Oli will forget some lyrics and try to ask Callum Devlin what they are mid-song.

The band is eager to reacquaint themselves with audiences up and down the country, and introduce new songs with their trademark confidence and pep. They aren’t pushing the boat out too far for this one, they’re just getting back out there and playing their thrilling live set, to a good, keen crowd.

Support acts TBA!

Callum Devlin: It’s exciting. I can’t believe it’s been more than two years since we last 'hit the road'. We’ve really levelled up as a band since Callum joined, so I can anticipate some minds being blown, to be quite honest.

Oliver Devlin: We’re so lucky to get to do this, can’t wait to get out and see some friends and have a boogie!

Hans Pucket bring an energetic and eclectic set of tunes, featuring three part harmonies, solid power-pop riffs and real lyrics. Formed by twin brothers Oli and Callum Devlin, drummer Jono Nott (ONONO, Broods) the band grew out of a love for classic 60s pop, the earnest melodies of musical theatre, and the solid grooves of 70s disco. In 2018 they delivered their debut “Eczema”- a collection of addictive, cleverly crafted and heartfelt jams. Recently expanded to four members with the multi-instrumental talents of Callum Passells, the band is in the final stages of recording their second full length album.

\If you prefer your guitar pop with a wry and personal spin on the human condition, you could do worse than listen to Hans Pucket” - (Nick Bollinger, The Sampler RNZ)
