** 2024 festival announced - link below **
Port Noise, a festival of music happening in Ōhinehou Lyttelton on March 11th. Taking place at neighbouring local venues Loons, Lyttelton Coffee Company, and Wünderbar, Port Noise aims to showcase a diverse selection of artists from around Aotearoa on four stages.
Joining us will be southern improv noise legends The Dead C, Lyttelton ports own resident disc spinner KeitaMean, thought-provoking afro-pop MC Phodiso, skiffle grog trio Pumice, techno beat pusher WAEWAEXPRESS, and Tāmaki jangle pop favourites Voom.
They will be joined of course by our initial likes of Ben Woods, The Dance Asthmatics, Delaney Davidson, Derby, Glass Vaults, Half Hexagon, Horatio Kane, Keepsakes, Wet Specimen and Womb!
In a space curated to embrace the industrial grime of our town while expanding the limits of what one may expect from a music festival–– we invite both audience and artist alike to come bask in the wild glory of this shared true telling of the self.
