BIG FAN is thrilled to celebrate its first year since opening with their first birthday series to mark this special milestone. BIG FAN has put together an incredible local lineup of artists and comedians as well as a studio open day set for 8th to 11th November.

WHO SHOT SCOTT
WHO SHOT SCOTT is the project of Zaidoon Nasir, a prolific artist and producer, who has released three EPs ‘MERCY’, ‘MERCY II’ & ‘MERCY III’. The single ‘LONERS ANTHEM’ dominated the NZ College Radio Network charts for four weeks and earned the Top 10 award for the most-voted song of the year. With notable opening acts for artists like Snoop Dogg and Yung Gravy, a recent Australia and NZ headline tour, WHO SHOT SCOTT is bringing their explosive live performance to BIG FAN and prestigious festival stages across Australasia this summer.

FABLE
FABLE, an alternative Māori artist from Papakura, South Auckland, made his debut in 2019 with the haunting single 'Beware.' Hand-picked by Martin Garrix for the JBL x Martin Garrix Music Academy, FABLE has been redefining Aotearoa's music landscape. His unique blend of indigenous Aotearoa music and relatable Kiwi narratives has won him a loyal following on NZ student radio and beyond.

CRYSTAL
CRYSTAL is the alternative pop project of Wellington raised, now Auckland based artist and producer Crystal Amor-Ponter. With her diary-like lyricism, CRYSTAL explores her deepest insecurities and relives the many mundane parts of her life, as she works as a barista trying to navigate her music aspirations. CRYSTAL has just released her sophomore EP ‘Dead Ends’, a journey through life's complexities, it serves a reminder to push through and relish in life’s simple pleasures.  

HYAN
Hyan exists as a DJ, Producer and (most favorably) an energetic and contagious personality amongst the DJ sphere. Hyan has become renowned for sets packed with bootlegs and edits; always catching the crowd off guard and leaving the party wanting more. Combining a love for UK dance music like House, 2-Step Garage, Breakbeats and Jungle with Hip Hop and Soundcloud club edits, each Hyan set is different from the next.
