Kāhu Rōpū, Calla, Sighthound.

Tour Information
Kāhu Rōpū make their first trip to Te Upoko o te Ika / The Wellington Region.

First stop for the trio from ŌtepotiDunedin is Pōneke playing at Valhalla, ahead of a visit to Wainuiomata for two appearances at Camp A Low Hum (Fri 16th & Sat 17th Feb).

Bringing this psych-rock maelstrom to the area is no easy undertaking.
The weight of the metaphysics alone is staggering.

Kāhu Rōpū are supported by:

Calla - Classical training meets modern bass music. Also from ŌtepotiDunedin, Calla’s vocal and violin looping, ambient keys, combined with heavy bass, and gritty electronic production leaves audiences spellbound.

Sighthound - Featuring members of Murgatroyd and Opium Eater, Sighthound comes from a pedigree of noise makers. Blending trip hop, lush atmospheres and harsh noise, Sighthound are a local Wellington band, brand new on the scene and promise a truly unique experience from two proficient maniacs.
