Treenurse Single Release with support from Bridges

Treenurse are releasing their first single ‘Scared of the Dark’, from their upcoming debut album set for release later this year.

Treenurse is the musical project of creative mind Lucy Campbell, who writes music of refreshing honesty, with a touch of hilarity and a whole lot of angst. It’s plant-punk. Think wholesome and lovely; with lots of lyrics about animals and native Aotearoa bush. Then throw in lyrics about cutting feet off, becoming fertilizer when you die, and possum skulls. Now you’ve got Treenurse.

Performing as a special guest is Tāmaki-Makaurau indie-pop artist Bridges, who will be opening the night with her electric 4-piece band.
