Fan Club:
Winners of the Auckland Central Smoke-Free Rock Quest, Fan Club is an emerging indie-rock band from Auckland. Their original sound is a product of their edgy guitar, tight rhythm section and soulful, sometimes belt-y vocals. Check out their latest song and music video, Westbound.

Mullbrain:
Winners of the 2023 DIG THE GIG competition hosted by Major Major, Mullbrain are a recently revamped quartet hailing from the depths of Tamaki. The band aims to craft their infectious brand of alternative music while drawing inspiration from various styles, including emotional hardcore, post-punk and math rock. These guys will deliver a high-energy performance at the Backroom Bash ahead of the release of their upcoming single produced by Olly Harmer.

SLOW RAGE:
SLOW RAGE is an alternative rock/punk band based in Auckland, with Max Hill playing guitar/vocals and Sam Hatley playing drums. They've been making waves in the local music scene since 2021, known for their raw sound and energetic, in-your-face live shows. With their third album coming out later this year, this band is not one to miss.
