420 Gig Leo Lilley w/ The Beaniks, Ani Saafa, No Danger

In case you didn’t realise, one of the biggest days for stoners of the year is coming up. Yes, 420, April 20th is almost upon the world once again, a day which Leo couldn’t resist booking. To celebrate this momentous occasion, he’ll be sending it with some of the scene's heaviest hitters in Dunedin music at the moment.

First up is Ani Saafa who has been dropping some of the sweetest tunes in recent years. This 4 piece indie pop band always has the audience singing along to their tasty melodies and fresh sounds.

Next is No Danger who have quickly risen as a favourite in the student scene, known for their ingenious mashups. They masterfully mix diverse songs into seamless, danceable tracks, which effortlessly gets the crowd grooving.

Finally, the Beatniks, who will no doubt bring their unmatched energy. As seasoned performers these guys never fail to bring the heat to their shows and electrify the room with their now iconic Dunedin tunes.

So pull your stoner flattie off the couch, shout your Dad a spliff and come down to witness some of Dunedin's finest as they take the stage in what promises to be a celebration of music, creativity, and, of course, 420.
