Nothing Sounds

is the peace in wrath, the forgiveness in vengeance, and the purity in corruption. It is the all encompassing contradiction of life, the spirit, and the inmost divine. Through this current manifestation of the Nothing Sounds project, multidisciplinary artist Zero seeks to explore the spectre of trauma in its many guises through blissful, ecstatic noise.

Frogmeet(s) Olive Bly(th) / Dillon Butcher

Frogmeat, also known as Frogmeet in collaboration, is a flexible noise improv performance project venturing explosive forecastings of yet uncapturable crevices. Convened by multimedia artist / musician Sophia Frank/ass Frudd and composer / violinist Mallory Elmo, it lends its name and spirit to their performances as a duo or with occasional and regular collaborators.

Dillon Butcher is a musician from Pōneke who specialises in various percussive rhythms played on the drum set. Her favourite drummers are Tony Williams and Zach Hill, and her favourite beverage is chocolate milk.

o(l[i]ve)(*) (bly(th)) is an outer-disciplinary artist, primarily based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Aotearoa(...) she is parasocially attached to Ella Fitzgerald, plays the piano, writes poetry, paints, and ponders(...)
