Djangocalypse Trio are Dunedins' premier Gypsy Jazz ensemble and have built up a reputation for their vibrant and dynamic (sometimes humorous) live performances. Andy Parsons and Simon Christie combine unique virtuosic guitar styles - trading phrases and egging each other on to play ever more ridiculous licks, whilst Dan Potter on the upright bass anchors them in the authentic European jazz sound with his warm and woody tone.
