The Bitter Brothers

The Bitter Brothers are coming home! After winding our way around the North Island in Holly Jean’s Estima, trailer in tow, from club to club in a jam-packed tour promoting our recent debut album, Daddy Was An Outlaw, we are very excited to bring it all back home and close off our tour full circle with a big party at the Voglemorn Upstairs! We have some old favorites, some new numbers lined up for you all, and some very special surprise quests who you won’t want to miss.

And if you haven’t heard about us by now, The Bitter Brothers are a five-piece, Wellington based, southern gothic, old-time, alt-folk, alt-country musical experience. They have banjos, accordions, violins, various guitars and voices, upright basses, drums, percussions, delightfully unexpected arrangements, tempos, and smile-inducing harmonies. The Bitter Brothers bring it all and invite you along for the ride!
