Lachie Hayes is a rising alt-country artist from the deep south of Aotearoa, known for his raw storytelling, genre-blurring sound, and strong sense of place. Raised on a sheep farm in the Catlins, he grew up playing music in woolsheds and country halls alongside his family’s bluegrass band.
