Tour Information
Silcrow are a 4-piece hailing from Auckland, New Zealand. Consisting of members Lorenzo Hazelwood (vocals), Oscar Miller (guitar), Louis Simpson (bass), and Carl Stieller (drums).

With their raw and energetic sound... stylistically laden with influences from classic rock, grunge, metal, blues and funk... Silcrow are bringing a new-age twist to the rock music scene.

Silcrow’s music has been featured on radio stations across the globe in NZ (Hauraki), AUS (Tripple M) and USA (Buzz 101) with a combined streaming number of 200,000+ across multiple platforms, 4 professional music videos under their belt, and after signing a management deal in late 2023, Silcrow are set to take on the world.

“Silcrow excited me on first listen. Lorenzo Hazelwood’s songwriting and voice captures the essence and spirit of the Seattle scene of the 90’s, but with a completely modern take. I’m very much looking forward to producing Silcrow.”- Jay Ruston Record Producer Los Angeles

People of the Sun:

Brace yourself for a sonic experience like no other – New Plymouth’s People of the Sun have arrived. This powerhouse trio, made up of seasoned NZ musicians Joseph Anderson, Djordje Nikolic, and Tom Scrase, melds rock, soul, jazz, and indigenous sounds into a fierce and evocative new form. Their music doesn’t just echo through speakers – it conjures the landscapes of Aotearoa and the stories of its people.

Now, after electrifying audiences with their charged live performances, People of the Sun are beyond excited to unleash their self-titled debut album. Crafted with precision and passion, the record was mixed by Lee Prebble at The Surgery in Pōneke, ensuring a sound that’s as immersive as it is unforgettable.
“Our goal was to create an album that feels as deeply connected conceptually and emotionally as the records that shaped us,” the band shares. “The albums we loved weren’t just collections of songs – they carried us somewhere, unfolding as a complete, powerful experience.”
