EDERA:
Edera is the alt-indie project of Leona Bradfield, creator of Ederacore , which merges moody indie textures with pops of grunge. Joined by Aidan Thomas (guitar), Lily Hodgson (bass), and Taiki Yoshino (drums), Edera is melancholy and captivating—sad yet beautiful.
Defined by its emotional honesty and angst, Ederacore resonates with listeners who find comfort in the shadows. It’s music for those who wear black to the beach—introspective, raw, and unafraid to blur the line between vulnerability and defiance.

OBSIDIAN SUN:
Obsidian Sun is a four-piece rock band formed in Wellington that pulls heavily from 70s classic rock, yet displays a vast array of influences from goth to indie to punk laced throughout their songs. The band provides a unique take on a classic sound, and thoroughly understands the art of groove and getting a crowd moving. Obsidian Sun is everything from contemplative and subdued to heavy and aggressive, working a spectrum of moods into their songs with seamless musicality. Rocking guitar, driving drums, feel-heavy basslines, and and a skilled vocalist frontwoman come together to make a sound that the Wellington scene didn't know it always needed.
