SEEK HELP! is a 4 piece riot grrrl band from Ōtepoti, Dunedin who write feminist punk music.
SEEK HELP!’s vision is to empower queer and fem voices within the scene, and inspire political
rage in young women. Taking inspiration from bands such as Babe Haven, Babes in Toyland
and Hole, SEEK HELP! wants women and grrrls to stand up for themselves and marginalised
groups in the face of a right-wing government.
