In The Shallows is a female-led Welsh singer-songwriter project based in Wellington, delivering a silken, genre-blending sound that weaves folk and country roots with luscious harmonies, touches of NZ reggae, and a hint of pop-rock.

After 100+ shows across Aotearoa, the project has grown from a travelling folk duo into a full band gracing major festival stages. Their evolution brings a more eclectic, pop-leaning edge while staying true to heartfelt songwriting and harmony-rich ballads.
