Ladi6, Mokomokai, Christoph El Truento and Geneva AM

A massive night at Double Whammy on Friday May 29 brings together four standout Aotearoa acts for a rare, stacked bill in Tāmaki Makaurau.

Leading the lineup is the ever-iconic Ladi6, a pioneer of soulful, beat-driven music that blends hip hop, wavy rhythms and modular electronic soundscapes. She is joined by the heavy-hitting live force Mokomokai, known for their distinctive fusion of 70s soul influences, gritty drum loops and confident, often playful lyricism. Also on the bill is sonic architect, DJ and Producer Christoph El Truento spanning jazz, hip hop, footwork, reggae and dub, and 2026 Taite Music Prize winner Geneva AM, whose dynamic electronic productions and use of Te Reo Māori have marked her as one of the most compelling voices in contemporary Aotearoa music.
