Mainard previously had a run of streaming hits as hip hop act Randa, but has made a surprising jump into alt-country with the recent release of his debut album ‘Rattlesnake Boy’ (via renowned indie pop record label Lil Chief Records). On the surface, it’s a playful concept album about a professional wrestler facing a career decline, exploring and comparing what life looks like inside compared to outside of the ring. Mainard used this character to channel his own experience of finding peace and hope amidst feelings of grief. Larkin will be joined on stage by a full band, including members Shannon Fowler aka. Tom Lark who produced and co-wrote the 'Rattlesnake Boy' album, Dave Rowlands, James Mac, Jono Sawyer and Matt Clampitt.

VIDA is a shape-shifting musician, oracular alchemist, and world- builder. Based in Aotearoa and rooted in an ecology of ritual, their immersive, genre-defying performances blur the lines between ceremony and spectacle.
