Born Under Punches w/ YEA

Born Under Punches is a new ensemble comprised of improvisers Reuben Derrick, Theo Henderson and Reece McNaughten. Together they will play quiet sounds, loud sounds, gentle sounds, crude sounds, wise sounds, foolish sounds… sounds brought screaming into the world, sounds abandoned in the dark, sounds raised up into the terrible light.

Y.E.A is the experimental sonic culmination of two musician doppelgangers taking a stab at a miasma of local social afflictions, shared observations of sardonic hedonism in the information age, humorously reckless irony, and a friendship found in high melanin counts all whilst steezed up in overalls and a pair of polarised shades.
