Taking the stage alongside them is Noise Section, Lyttelton’s own freestyle jazz fusion innovators. Formed by musicians who studied jazz and sound engineering together at university, this crew improvises every single set live on the spot. They deliver a bold, experimental sonic experience that will never be played the same way twice.

Rounding out the night is The SMJ Quartet, bringing deep experience and effortless cool to the lineup. These seasoned veterans have been playing for a long time, bringing a refined, masterclass performance that grounds the evening in pure craft.
