The Undercurrent presents El Jagor!
Five friends with one shared goal to play some phat jams. Initially formed by necessity at school, now a fully fledged Jazz (adjacent) Quintet playing around Wellington since early last year.
Be sure to come witness El Jagor as they play a variety of tunes from different walks of life, from fusion to afrobeats. The band features Jago 'Jagor' Watson on Bass, on the keys is the amazing Logan Heppell, laying fresh beats on the drums is Ranu Wijesuriya. On the trumpet is the most elegant musician ever Sylvester Green and on the Saxophone is Cameron Boyle.
