Hoop are pleased to present The Ministry of Folk - a cosy evening of music featuring some of Auckland's leading acoustic musicians.
Another night of magic is expected and the new venue promises will be an ideal showcase for these intimate performances. As usual there will be cabaret-style seating and BYO drinks.
Hoop will host with their poppy folk melodies - this time bolstered by cello and fiddle.
Tweed bring their distinctive style of catchy melodies, poly-rhythms, and tight-knit, complex vocal harmonies.
The multi-talented Cameron Bennett and friends will perform his wonderful original folk songs - which vary from intensely personal to robustly political.
