Radio Rebelde - The Latin Ska Machine Is Back!

Fasten your seat belts Waiheke, Radio Rebelde is back and ready to blow your socks off.

World-famous-on-Waiheke, Radio Rebelde has re-invented itself yet again and is back at Artworks Theatre on Saturday 24th November.

Energetic as ever, the home-crowd favourites are putting on one of their famous Waiheke party nights with a bunch of their amazing friends.

Long-time collaborator, DJ and VJ, Mano Paco will be opening with sassy grooves and mesmerising visuals, and then we have the effortlessly talented Leighton Fairlie. Old school electronic beats, blended with Aotearoa flavoured roots, Leighton is fascinating to watch and irresistible to dance to.

Of course, the highlight of the evening is everyone's favourite Latin Ska Machine, Radio Rebelde, but if you've still got some energy left, we've got the delicious DJ Chikaa Licorica playing tropical beats to keep you movin' and groovin' into the night.

And don't forget, if you're coming over from the city, it's just an easy 10 minute walk back down to Matiatia to get the last ferry home at 12:30am.
