Tour Information
THE FICTION ROOM is a weekly, genre-less, gig series hosted at Pegasus Books. For each Saturday of PORTALFEST we’ve curated the evening’s programme to start here at The Fiction Room.

Ticket booking is way of making an electronic Koha for the event. Tickets are not mandatory, but all proceeds go to the artists involved. A cash koha can also be given on the night.

On the Jan 26 Gerard Crewdson presents: PURE FICTION, a performance piece combining hand drawn moving images, spoken narrative and acoustic sound accompaniment, specially created for the wondrously book-encrusted Fiction Room at Pegasus. This is the latest instalment of a long running project Cinema of the Poor which aims to present original and richly imaginative stories using the simplest of means. For this performance Gerard will be joined by Erika Grant on cello, flute and diverse sound devices.
