FATANGRYMAN are a band of extremes; either eliciting a response tantamount to venom or one full of awe. Their name is pretty evocative of their sound, and their answers to interview questions is too. When UTR caught up with them we got a bit more than we bargained for, but also a bit less as well. Either way, it was still pretty fun.

Since maths class, we were bad at fractions.

Ary-guitar/bass/shouty, Jessica-guitar/bass/shouty and Roobaybay-drums/sexxay
How did you meet?
In yo mamma. At school.
How would you describe your sound?
Uppity women.
What’s the best thing that has happened to you as a band since you started playing together?
Watching Rambo 4 and MUZAI records, they pretty much saved our life.
Tell us about your new EP.
\m/. It's pink and black. They're the colours of Avril Lavigne. It has a muscly cat on it too. Dan recorded it. He's not from New Zealand. It has five songs inside it.
How do you write your material?
We jus rock out aye. Jessica and Ary make faces at each other and bitch about people in the shed until it turns into a song and then we get reu(cutiepuffbabykittenpufpufffff)Ben to add some tribal beats and take his top off.
Where do you get your inspiration from?
Puberty / teen issues.

Wu Tang, Eminem, Burial, Slayer, Pantera, Das Racist, Batrider - Reuboob.

Hissyfit and we are going to like next week so YAY. Streeet chant and any that will give us gigs.
