Live Review: Big Day Out 2010

Live Review: Big Day Out 2010

Wednesday 20th January, 2010 8:23PM

The Big Day Out has come and gone and once again proved an essential concert for Auckland and NZ.

Many local highlights on the day included: Dimmer's devastatingly loud and epic set in the boiler room, Dunedin's Mountaineater battling not only the sun but an impatient stage manager hell bent on getting gear off the band mid set, a mind altering 'whats going on here then' set by Evil, Ladyhawke dominating the top stages,   heavy as hell Lord of Tigers and a triumphant Checks taking on the main stage.

There was a heck of a lot to like on the day, so let us know your thoughts below, and if you have any pics from the day send them in to pix@undertheradar.co.nz and we will pop them up.
