Anyone who has tried to find a house to rent in Auckland central city will likely have come across Marion Barnes Realty. They're not horrible or anything, a little quirky maybe, but they and moving to the Auckland from Dunedin last year serve as the theme for a new track from Tono and The Finance Company "Marion Bates Realty" which we have been given to offer for free download.

It was recorded with Tex Houston in Dunedin as part on an ongoing recording project with him which will hopefully eventuate with and album by the end of the year.  But for now, you can check out the new track by downloading it below.
