Late last year on the back of album release Expo 86, Wolf Parade announced they were going on indefinite hiatus. Co-frontman Dan Boeckner has been tied up with Handsome Furs, his project with wife Alexei Perry, and they are about to release a follow-up to 2009's Face Control, Sound Kapitol. Now Spencer Krug, Boeckner's partner in crime in Wolf Parade has released a track from his alter ego, Moonface, in anticipation of the release Organ Music Not Vibraphone Like I'd Hoped. Arguably the most experimental of his side projects - Krug is also in Sunset Rubdown - his last release under this moniker involved an album of a single 20 minute track (Dreamland EP: Marimba and Shit-Drums).
