Rhythm & Vines Pruning tickets have sold out

The first Rhythm & Vines Pruning tickets have sold out, six months out from the fifth year anniversary of New Zealand’s premier New Years Eve festival.
Held at Waiohika Estate, a picturesque vineyard in Gisborne, New Zealand, Rhythm & Vines is the first music festival in the world to celebrate the New Year.
As a special treat for loyal festivalgoers and due to the fact Rhythm & Vines is celebrating it’s fifth year anniversary, a limited amount of Pruning tickets were available via www.rhythmandvines.co.nz on the 5.5.007.
The Pruning tickets have since sold out within six weeks with no traditional advertising.
“The success of rapid ticket sales is largely due to the high standard and reputation Rhythm & Vines has in New Zealand. It’s renown for the best kiwi music and its safe and secure environment. Teamed up with the strength of Internet based marketing, it comes as no surprise that our Pruning tickets have sold out so quickly,” says Festival Manager Christine Shanahan.
The first line-up announcement is due to be released on 1st July with the hottest music line-up to appeal to a cross section of music lovers spanning generations.
This year the line-up will be bigger and better says co-founder and music director Hamish Pinkham. ‘We are excited about hosting a number of new acts at our festival, along with some old favourites. We want to offer a diverse range of music to cater for all tastes, and our lineup this year will reflect this’.
Budburst tickets will be on sale from 10am on Friday 6th July 2007. Budburst tickets are general admission tickets and will cost $130. Tickets can be purchased via www.rhythmandvines.co.nz
Special Reserve Tickets can also be purchased for $200 and include the best views of the stages in a secure relaxed environment to watch the festival.
