Trinity Roots Forced Into Liquidation
Wednesday 9th May, 2012 10:59AM
Trinity Roots' trading company in their name has gone into liquidation after amassing a debt of nearly 100k. Two thirds of what they owe is purely fines and interest charged by the IRD based on unpaid taxes and missing GST returns from back in the groups hey-day in the early 2000s. It's claimed that the band were failed by their previous management and have tried hard to make amends but couldn't overcome the ever increasing debt - click here for more details.
A very sad situation that should serve as a warning to all bands out there (and businesses generally) gaining some success to not mess with the taxman!
