Prince New Zealand Tour Rumoured

The New Zealand Herald have started a rumour that Prince may be coming to New Zealand after all. When his Australian tour was announced there was absolutely no chance of a New Zealand leg and while the paper's purported reasoning for the rumour - Prince's current close proximity - seems a bit flimsy, it wouldn't surprise us if the promoter tipped them off to ready fans for the possibility.
Of course, it could also just be a mean ploy to draw in readers and join in on the hype surrounding the pop-icon's dazzling Australian shows.
