SHOOTING AT UNARMED MEN IN AUCKLAND ON WEDNESDAY!! Bloody nora!

Shooting At Unarmed Men formed in a rather uninteresting fashion, the details of which include a couch in Lower Cathedral Road, Cardiff, a four-track tape recorder and Jonathan Chapple (former bass player of mclusky). Hyperdrive to the present day and Shooting At Unarmed Men find themselves with two albums under their belt (‘soon there will be...’ and ‘Yes! Tinnitus!’), residing across the globe in Melbourne with The Cheats duo Julian Tovey and Thomas Robert Lee Cooper joining Jon on bass and drums respectively.

Under the guise of Shooting At Unarmed Men, the album Triptych has been deftly crafted. Equal parts angry, on your case and hilarious,Shooting At Unarmed Men take no prisoners with Triptych’s crushing, scatterbrained attack. In their time as a band they have been fortunate enough to play with Scout Niblett, Legends of Motor Sport, Batrider, The Kamikaze Trio, Blood Red Shoes and many more. Shooting AtUnarmed Men write set lists in their own blood. They know where you live. They own their own shoes. They eat with their fingers. And they suffer from no debilitating diseases; unless you count poverty as a debilitating disease, which many peoples of this world do.
