The Breeders Venue Change

The Breeders have out grown the Kings Arms Tavern where they were set to play this August and will now be playing at the Bruce Mason Centre in Takapuna.

Kings Arms tickets are still valid and good news for younger fans, the show is now All Ages - please contact Ticketmaster for more info.

With roots stretching back to the late 80s, through ground breaking releases in the 90’s and connections with some of the most influential acts and musicians of recent times, the Breeders and Kim Deal have consistently played an integral part in making and shaping alternative music.

Now in 2008 there are three rather excellent reasons for celebration. The Breeders return with a brand new album Mountain Battles, they’re back on the road to great acclaim and yes they’re returning to New Zealand! The Breeders span several generations and remain as relevant and vital as always. Maybe more so now than ever before - an achievement that can only come with quality and time.
