Chris Reed has been playing and making records for more than 20 years. His odyessey began during Manchester's infamous Madchester scene when guitars met house music and caused dancefloor delirium. His collection goes from Beatles to beats, with a predictable focus on bands from his native UK. Chris moved to New Zealand 12 years ago. He has supported a raft on international DJs, including Greg Wilson, Charles Webster and the DIY crew. He's part of the Mum's The Word crew that's been throwing parties in Auckland and Waiheke for 10 years. He produces house and nu-disco with Paul Radley and co-hosts English Breakfast on George FM at 8am on Sundays.
